Abstract Submission

Abstract submission for all contributors opens on 5th October 2026 and closes 5th March 2027. Decisions on abstracts (oral or poster) will be communicated to individuals by the 18th March (one month before the early bird registration deadline).

All final accepted abstracts are required to have one or more contributors registered.

Notes on abstract submission

Please use the same email address for abstract submission as for registration.

The abstract builder has a free format text box that allows you to insert text and graphics as appropriate. There is a word limit, and please use the “Open Preview” tab to check your document before submission.
